Most people go to work to Kuwait city at 7am or 8am. I know how heavy the traffic could go on road 30. You would probably wonder what is the best time to leave the house before joining the traffic jam especially if you are living from the south. It would be any time earlier or at 6:15am. Later than that, you are going to be late for your work at 7am. So get those big butts up and running early in the morning.
